1.) Source organism: Neurospora crassa 2.) Host gene: mitochondrial ATPase subunit 6 3.) Intron-encoded 4.) The protein coding sequence for this gene was synthesized and cloned into the pETCON yeast surface display vector. Upon induction, there was little to no detectable expression on the surface of the yeast. As a result, no further experiments were performed.
